In our relationships, our jobs, day-to-day struggles or life itself. However, often our so-called "failed attempts" are crucial steps towards increased well-being and healing. In more than 18 years as a marital and family therapist I have been continuously inspired by clients' creativity, resilience and curiosity in bringing about that healing.
I specialize in two areas, relationship therapy and OCD/Hoarding/Anxiety disorders. Gottman's approach with its emphasis on constructive conflict resolution, strengthening friendship and creating shared meaning offers practical strategies in building successful relationships. For OCD/Hoarding/Anxiety disorders I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Therapy is an exciting and vibrant partnership between therapist and client(s). I commit to this relationship my knowledge, expertise and creativity to support you through the challenges that brought you to therapy. I offer both daytime and evening appointments, and for OCD/Hoarding clients also home visits.
