The course features 9 milestones, with over 60 audio sessions spread across them.

Users generally complete the course within 4-6 weeks, however most start seeing a reduction in symptoms well before then.

From the first session, we’ll begin equipping you with techniques and strategies to fight back against your OCD! Some users have reported a decrease in anxiety after completing the first five sessions.
