About me

At the National Anxiety Institute, Ltd we specialize in treating Anxiety Disorders & OCD via telehealth with the gold standard in evidence based intervention. This means we use treatment strategies that have been shown to be effective through rigorous research. You will work with a doctor who is trained and experienced in providing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We are committed to integrating the science of evidence-based models with the wisdom of person-focused care.
