About me

Kelsey Irving is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in OCD and Anxiety disorders. Currently treating residents of Pennsylvania via secure telehealth, and soon treating New Hampshire and Maine residents in person.

Training & experience

Before starting her practice, Kelsey worked at Rogers Behavioral Hospital where she treated adults suffering from OCD, Anxiety disorders, and Depression. She has been extensively trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as well as ACT, DBT, and CBT. Kelsey also has experience treating adults with substance use disorders, and finds it helpful to call on 12 Step principles for anyone going through a difficult chapter of life.
